"The Daughters of Temperance Hobbs" by Katherine Howe
Connie Goodwin is back at learning about her family
starting from the Salem witch trials and the key and physick
book she found at her grandma's house back when she was
cleaning it out to sale for her mom but now she is married and
about to have a baby. She works as a tenure tracked professor in
Boston and studies the history of magic in colonial America. As
she is trying to work on her career and learning about her
witchy past her mother informs her that her husband's life is in
danger. As good as the first one was, this one has more action
and leaves you in suspense on who the person that they are in
danger from. If you love learning about Salem and the witch
trials then this is a great book to read.
