"Interview of the Vampire" by Anne Rice

                   Most people have seen "Interview With the 

Vampire" but the book is really good. I love Anne Rice's 

writing.  It is about Louis who has been in Rice's  other books

 and this is the first one where he tells his life to an interviewer

and how he came to be with Lestat and Claudia. Its about how 

he went around between France and  New Orleans with Claudia

and Louis.  It shows how he came into the vampire world by 

being taught by Lestat on how to act like a vampire after he sired

him. Then he makes Claudia a vampire and keeps her trapped in

the body of a child as she becomes a vampire woman.  Louis and

Claudia end up hating Lestat and going across the world to get

away from him and find somewhere they can have a home and

not be like Lestat.  I read this book a while back and is one of my

reasons for loving vampire stories so much. Anne Rice is 

definitely an amazing writer and the stories she tells are so

imaginative.  I would definitely recommend any of her books

although I have not read them all.
