"Craven Manor" by Darcy Coates

                            "Craven Manor" was another

great Darcy Coates book about the scary 

haunted house that a broke person decides to 

move to. Daniel is living with his cousin and 

being used so his cousin can buy food and video  

games. One day he receives a mysterious note 

under his door about a job as a caretaker for an 

old dilapidated house.He would get to live in   

the guest house and only had to care for the 

garden and get it looking nice again. He goes to 

the house and never meets the writer of the   

note. Only when his cousin kicks him out of his 

room for another roommate does he take the 

job. Who is his boss and why won't he show his 

face? This is another interesting book with a 

good storyline.
